I have a section 8 tenant who is complaining their laundry machine is making a loud noise.

There's keyboard warriors everywhere on social media and when I browse other sections of this forum I don't see that, so I can see the "mentor thing" is probably something that burnt a lot of people.Say what you want about mentors.

Is there more room for good content, get away from just random people asking questions and getting bad answers and more to some editorial stuff with maybe a comment section underneath, gives bp alot more control4.

There are many guys on the street corner who are not licensed or registered claiming they are private lenders, if they don't meet the definition, they are simply illegal lenders.Being in the business of something also takes into consideration the intent of the actor, the amount made, the frequency of transactions, their other sources of income or revenue, just as the IRS sees your business activities. 

We have flirted with the idea of section 8 tenants, but are leaning towards a more traditional long term rental plan.

I don't know if you've ever used a game room in a garage in Davenport/Four Corners in the summer but it is an excruciating hell hole without AC.
