It seems fair to me, hand work with roots takes many times as long.

As i have said before in the fist post of this series i honestly think all this civil unrest has nothing to do with an unjust system or a system rooted by bigotry, but rather all this civil unrest is caused  by an imbalance of wealth.  

While this seems to often turn into a rabbit-hole of various political and information spectrums in arguments to various thoughts, I say let's take it back to it's root of What Is Ownership to guide us. 

About 2 weeks ago, the main sewer line was clogged and I had to get it rooted via the catch basin.

However, if you don't cut the root of the problem things will only get worst.

The "sunk cost fallacy" and other game theories express this quite well.You are asking if you should sell the property, but you have not established the root cause of the problem yet.

I recently searched for BP members in East TN and saw your info come up; my wife and I are new to the area and hope to pursue buy and hold BRRRRs as we put down our roots, and Knoxville is the target location for our first. 

My only thought is that renters might not be setting up roots and therefore do not have as big a tendency to accumulate belongs as those with space to store them.
