You don’t reward losers who you want out with money , you throw them out!

I would love to hear others advice on this situation just coming from someone with more expertise and experience in this field.

Individual investors do not typically buy into partnerships for buyouts as it takes special expertise like the type of companies I mentioned above.In regards to the attorney NOT ALL attorneys are equal.

Risk=Reward.

That must have felt rewarding.

Selling your ideas, expertise, passion, etc.

It is higher risk with the potential of greater rewards but does require much deeper pockets to succeed.

What distinguishes you beyond that is your expertise.
