@Karen Young@Michael Plaks said it right.To clear up any confusion  with respect to your other comment - an S Corp is only a tax status.

If legal they can redtag your home when something should not be done without a permit so treat him with respect but to be cautious.

This year numbers are not totaled but ours will be respectable.
