Starting on page 90 there are references to existing zoning, which don't have ADU dimensions, and proposed zoning, which does reference setbacks, heights, etc.

Unless either of you are in construction, why are you thinking conversion or build instead of renovating an existing multifamily to get the increased equity that way.Very few areas are pro going from one to two units and zoning is the major issue.

Then, think of only buying houses etc. in the fire zones that are made out of concrete and steel and cinder blocks, without asphalt or wooden shingles.
