I have been a number one medical device sales rep for over 10 years with multiple President's Club wins and would like to duplicate that success in real estate investing.

Since my mothers passing I have been targeted by the President of the HOA who lives across the street from me.

I know the HOA President, and he wanted to know if I knew anything about her family.

One Friday I walked into the office of the vice-president I reported to and told him I was going to lunch, he said you don't have to tell me when your going to lunch, I said I know, but I thought I should today, and he said why?

The president of the HOA has threatened that any new buyers who are found to rent their condos face a monthly fine of $1000.

I am heavily involved in NARPM (National Assoc of Residential Property Managers) where I am currently a regional Vice President. 

I see a reality TV show, maybe a run for president, and most definitely a comb over in your future!!! 

In fact this is the third bank president I have dealt with. 

I happen to know the president of a local bank and 2 vice-presidents at 2 other local banks personally so I think I have way more leeway when it comes to these things.
