I work full time and the idea of purchasing, rehab and sale seems expensive and daunting...but I know it isn't mission impossible.

Making attempts to poke holes in a model that has worked quite well for me for over a decade because it is not in line with a particular opinion is counterproductive to this site's mission.

Plus once the walls are open… Mission creep!

Never having done this before I know certain factors that are considered "scary" can be a plus when negotiating for a great deal but I'm not quite sure if asbestos falls into that category or if I should abort mission and send my search elsewhere?

Many years later, I stumbled upon the book "Rich Dad Poor Dad's Guide to Investing" and that interest that I got many years ago became a life’s mission!

And than we go to "mission" to fight the battle to achieve our mission objective. 

That is the mission I am looking to tackle head on over the next couple of months, while also making the process as scalable as possible.
