This region just had another billion dollar development announced for the region with a massive green energy project.

People rent instead.iBuyers have been a trend for several years now and I believe it has it's place, but will not grow beyond a small share - Zillow just killed the program with massive losses and laid off 25% of their employees.For 2022 it looks like the market will become more healthy; the rate of appreciation should slow down, but we do expect prices to go up.

For me the issues would be: 1) AirBnB might cease to exist.2) AirBnB might cease to be legal where you are.3) AirBnB involves having dozens of tenant relationships per month, instead of one every year or so.4) There have been some horror stories about people AirBnB'ing houses just to throw massive destructive parties. 

As the title says, I have massive goals for 2020, but I am confident I will succeed in these endeavors.
