Hi Shawn, When I left banking during the last major crash and started this company, we primarily were a commercial bridge lender, but we also were a real estate investor.

Doing this is how I've build my portfolio from 1 to 4 homes in the last few years.

Last I checked my average across 30 units was something like $179/door.

I'm now selling that house where I was house hacking and Airbnb for the last 10 years.  

I have spent the last year doing some reading and learning while I save money.
