Some counties only sell tax deeds (BTW, ensure that you do know the difference between tax lien certificates and tax deeds)- Here’s a quick way to search for tax lien auctions on Google:“<enter county name> in <enter name of state> tax lien (sales, auction)”Just insert the name of the county and state.

Look at your city's 311 service, it's public data and will have hundreds if not thousands of reports such as abandoned lots, homeless/drug activity, high grass & unkept properties, trash being dumped and [insert your favorite "Karen" complaints here].

I agree that for many people, they think they are the first one to figure out that D areas of (insert several midwestern cities) pay 12 caps...and that they are going there and going to scale...those rates are there for a reason...no one buys them, even people who live there don't want them.

If everyone is covered, that means increased payoutsOk, so we're increasing the number of people paying premiums, too.But to my mind, if everyone is paying in, and everyone is covered, we are simply inserting a layer of administration between us and our health care providers.
