They will hang on to it, and often call when they are ready (emotionally). 

Hello BP family, I have just recently finished my tests for becoming a licensed agent in the greater Phoenix metro area, and was wondering if anyone in the area had any suggestions as to where would be a good place to hang my license.  

Most investors don't want to hang on to MF properties that long, anyway.
