I rehab/flip full time...I generally own between 3-6 properties at a time, in various stages of completion; in other words, I might have one or two under contract, one or two under renovation, and one or two on the market to be sold.I finance some of the cost using my own cash, and some of the cost using "rehab lenders" (small banks that make short-term loans specifically for the purpose of property rehab and resale).
