Making a living

We have done several part time flips on the side while owning another business. That business was sold last October and now we are doing this full time. I was wondering...

How many out there are making a living from flipping properties or are you doing it as a part time gig while holding another job.

How many projects do you have going at once?1, 2, 3+

How do you typically finance your projects? We use business LOC's and our own cash.

How hard has it been to get financing for full time investors? Or financing for a fix and rent?

Thanks for your input.
