I decided that I needed to work on my exit plan from my current job and I bought this interesting book called "How to Invest in Real Estate: The Ultimate Beginner's Guide to Getting Started" which led me to finding this forum and the BP podcast (I try to listen to daily--it's a great distraction from traffic driving home from work).

If you don’t want to get distracted by that either than use fundrise or other crowdfunding platforms and let them manage your money (granted it will be lower return but it will free up your time).
