I decided that I needed to work on my exit plan from my current job and I bought this interesting book called "How to Invest in Real Estate: The Ultimate Beginner's Guide to Getting Started" which led me to finding this forum and the BP podcast (I try to listen to daily--it's a great distraction from traffic driving home from work).

When they are not aligned, distractions occur reducing overall effectiveness through poor time management ultimately leading to loss revenue.

So once again, is this an opportunity or a distraction?

I am not of the mindset to limit a persons use of their hard won property unless it is a true danger or severe distractions to others.

Kill the netflix, hulu and some of other subscription that is going to distract you and not lead to your success and that will offset the difference of what you have to pay for pro.

If you don’t want to get distracted by that either than use fundrise or other crowdfunding platforms and let them manage your money (granted it will be lower return but it will free up your time).

Unless there is estate tax I would not imagine owner financing would help, it might just be a distraction from getting things done.

This way you always say the same thing and get your message out with our being distracted.
