Mike,Correct me if I'm wrong, but with that plank you have disconnect all the way to the nearest wall, whereas glue down you can just take up the one plank (use heat gun to loosen adhesive) and replace it.

I always install 1.5" PVC with 1.5" P-trap with a screw disconnect & hopefully the wall connection is also a time saving 1.5".

I would have a heart to heart with your agent and see what the disconnect might be, be honest about, but ultimately, you should feel confident that they are working hard for you. 

It doesn't really have to be an either or type thing.It is about touches and how many people you can reach.Once you develop some mail pieces you can hit thousands of people with a few minutes setting up a mail drop with whatever service you use.Even if you sit down and just call people all day long you can do what maybe 200 or so assuming mostly disconnected numbers, voicemail, hangups and a few fast f**k yous before hanging up?
