Personally, I think this is a tragedy and has made retirements worse for a large portion of Americans, but that's a political debate and isn't worth going into here.Anyway, just be careful in your search for your investment options and be cautions that a person selling you the investment might not have your best interests at heart because they could be getting paid more to sell you junk.

If you want to explore London, KY a picturesque "heart of America" town, Main street is only a 5 minute drive away.-10 minutes to great local restaurants-Boat ramp 3 miles away (w/Parking)-National Forest 15 minutes away-Cumberland Falls 45 min away-Wildcat off-road park with 2,000 acres of riding 3m.

Also if you are not prepared for these types of calls I highly recommend getting a property manager it might save you from having a heart attack.

The easiest way to do this would be to buy the house yourself using transactional money, praying that C's bank doesn't have a change of heart, and closing as fast as humanly possible with C.
