Andrew the manager is exactly correct... they ride it for years putting in no money til they are beaten to death then expect a big pay day... and the truth is people are paying.

Truth be told $1,000,000 won't get it.

You knock them over with your integrity, your truthfulness in other areas, let them get to know you and get a feel for who you are.Do not ask for money, make them ask you for the opportunity to help you.

Truth is you do not need to sell people your services especially in situations as these.

Try and verify what the truth really is.

The honest truth is that you really DON'T know exactly what's going to happen.

I have zero acting experience, however, what is attractive to me about this is the fact that I get to be myself and show the real truths about renovations and flipping multi-million dollar properties.

There are some universal truths but your deals will align with your own goals. 

As to your insinuations that because it is happening in Africa it influences my position, nothing could be further from the truth.

In your experience have you ever had a realtor give you a short end of the stick maybe by not being truthful about the property stats just to sell ect or normally are realtors straight forward bc they create win win situations of them selling making a commission and you buying making an investment ect?
