What about if we owner finance ourselves, fix her up and then rent it out to get a bit of residual income.

I also suggest floating type, some adhesives used smell like natural gas leaking.

This is for a C rental I amdoing a full rehab on.My biggest fear is the adhesive will not adhere in the Allure line, as I heard from a fellow landlord complain of this.
