Careful, its addicting!

Happy Holidays.As the year winds down, and I am reevaluating where I’m at in my investment journey - I feel like I’ve accomplished more than what I set out at the beginning of the year.Part addicted or part not wanting lose momentum, I feel like I can squeeze out one more purchase (most likely a SFH) but this is where I’m stuck - I can move forward with a hard money lender who has highly rates and required a larger down payment or I wait and see if my score bumps back up so I can work with my conventional lender - but who knows how long that will take to happen.

A mentor challenged me so I set a goal of posting on BP daily and have done so for 31 straight days earning the Addict Award in the process. 

Selling real estate is an addiction.

I had a semi pro football player living in a unit of mine and he ended up being addicted to hard drugs...it wasn’t steroids.

There seems to a program in which they provide airfare for people who need help with alcohol and drug addiction.

My name is Joe and like I am a recovering DIY addict.

They began removing drug addicts from parks, putting multiple offenders in prison, making streets safer.

Honestly we get a very good response to C4K on a regular basis and normally the only people that don't go that route are drug addicts and people with other issues that affect their train of thought.

I feel this way for several reasons:There are still dope addicts and homeless wondering the streets day and nightCrime is still high relative to other neighborhoods adjacent to downtownThe infrastructure is terrible.
