The metal was probably 1/4 thick of the old one so that it felt like a toy; the sprayer pattern was cheaper (less jets and less pattern) and the button was worse.

A welcome basket with starter coffee, toiletries, and snacks if they arrive late or have hungry kids.Our properties are on the larger size for our small town (sleeping 9-10 each) so we have board games and one even as a game room for kids with air hockey, ping pong, kids toys since we attract family groups.We've had requests for a hot tub so that would be the next addition.

Based on the time of year, rent prices for what I could realistically get for it are about the same or a tad lower than what my all in costs would amount to, making it likely i'll be slightly cash flow negative even if Net Worth positive from this rental.An option i'm toying around with is doing a recast to make the cash flow better.
