I think we are going to see continued rising prices in Brightwood over the next few years, but I think we might be a couple years away from that wave working its way over a bit further east to Fort Totten.I do a lot of my business in that general area of Petworth/Brightwood.

Most of the other ones I've felt have been more of a vibration/rumble -- a very light shaking/rattling -- this one had a more violent frequency if you could equate it to a wave graph.
