I've torn down 50 mobile homes or more in our market over the years I know most the parks. trucking parking is much better. 10 acre sites.

if virtually all attendees miss a paid for workshop, there are reasons.As for our travels, we saw 4 mayan sites including Chichen Itza and toba, swam in 3 cenotes, went to swim with turtles but too rough seas for the wife (storm impacts), scuba a Great Wall (advanced dive - 95’ with strong current), many tours of various cities including horse drawn and walking.  

Do you have any tips or resources recommended for getting up and running for a newbie landlord for just a room rental?

The amount of digital ink that is spilled on this site about LLC's and how to set up complex structures  by folks who can hardly be called investors is a bit maddening to me as it keeps folks from actually investing dues paralysis by analysis due to things that really do not mater a great deal.

He ended up keeping it as a rental, but what tipped the scales for him was the rent appreciation potential in his specific neighborhood and the tax benefits of holding onto a property with a great interest rate.
