I'm an agent in Minneapolis and have almost 20 investment props in the area.

The properties freezing pipes and mold are a little easier to get but lots of buyer competition on most REOs as we have only 2 months of supply in Minneapolis/St.

San Francisco was at 23.9%, Las Vegas 22.3%, and Atlanta, Detroit, Los Angeles, Miami, Minneapolis, Phoenix, Portland, San Diego, Seattle and Tampa showed double-digit gains.But Dallas increased 7.4%; Washington, D.C., 7.2%; Cleveland, 4.8%; and New York, at 3.2%.And even with the housing price increases, we are still 26% below peak prices.

(Together they would be enough but sperately they would probably not be in my area of Minneapolis... but maybe)  is this a good strategy using BRRRR or should I try to raise private money first?

But I operate most of what I own across the river in Minneapolis and I actually can raise rents more in St Paul then I can in Minneapolis.  

I am hoping to provide a fantastic service to the Minneapolis/St.
