Perhaps I am one of the Crazies LOL but I see the state of Fla ,Certain parts of Tex and Arizona as being " Gods Waiting Room " To me a majority of the Fla State economy is based on Retirement , Hospitalty , Tourism and Service industrys .

And both factors will continue to worsen in coming years, unfortunately.After all the many storms in 2005, especially Katrina, I read a lot of these same predictions, Al Gore's name pops up prominently.
