Like a lot of you, I've read the Four Hour Workweek and was fascinated by Tim's use of VA's to help keep his day to day live as efficient as possible.

You almost have to become an expert in different areas of RE when you want to use them effectively, efficiently and according to IRS rules.

He did mine and did a great job--efficient, fair priced, knew what he was talking about, and didnt play any of the seller's agent games. 

Just make sure you are as efficient and economical as possible.

During these times one option maybe to hang out with your kids and wife.Work on being more efficient at investing and the benefits of using virtual assistants.  

I just got a small check from ComEd b/c I used less energy than the budget plan had anticipated so it's probably more like $85/month.
