@JD Martin  @Russell Brazil  this is just someone who has no clue as to what the legal process's are and what it cost.and to get a court ( and only a court ) can reverse a sale would cost probably as much in attornies fee's as the equity is worth if not more.. better to donate that time and money to a worthy charity..

I dunno.Anyway, Amazon wont return them so we are going to donate them - but I kind of feel like a horrible person even doing that and making someone think they are getting a windfall and then having to sleep on this horrible POS.That is all.

Plus you can rent it at a lower price, and take a donation to the non-profit for the other part of the rent for a deduction if you rent it through non-profit or government organizations.

@Dan Collins  Guidelines for your loan scenario:-Down Payment and Qualifying Ratio Requirements for Manually Underwritten Loans For manually underwritten loans, if the income of a guarantor, co-signer, or non-occupant borrower is used for qualifying purposes, the occupying borrower(s) must make the first 5% of the down payment from their own funds unless: the LTV or CLTV ratio is less than or equal to 80%; or the occupying borrower is purchasing a one-unit principal residence and meets the requirements to use gifts, donated grant funds, or funds received from an employer to pay for some or all of the borrower’s minimum contribution.
