It's an ongoing 'liability' you don't need to accommodate.Bingo.Liability out the wazoo.More noise.More wear and tear.More traffic/parking, people walking by, noisy kids, etc. potentially disturbing other tenants.And, the most important one again... liability.If you choose to keep this tenant for some reason (you like living on the edge?)

I read this as the courts saying that tenants with disabilities cannot be charged any fees or deposits for the accommodation.I find this issue very disturbing.

I was under the impression that anytime you disturb lead based paint, which would include ripping out drywall with lead based paint on it, that you had to have a special contractor come in that is licensed in this area to remove it and it can really destroy a budget.
