Hi folks, I am relatively new in this forum, but trying to make the heads and tails of one particular deal in Westchester County.The deal is 8 unit multi-family house, however... there appear to be abandoned building next to it, I am not entirely sure what that means...

Classic whole-tail deal.

Don't buy trashy properties in suspect areas from afar thinking you can turn it around easy and make a big payday.That is frequently how many lose their shirt and go back to investing where they live with their tails between their legs.

And might i add, that i dont have millions in the bank but the people i know that do, would never do a deal with someone like you because of your attitude. its always the broke ones who bring nothing to the table that are the first to criticize others when their opinion differs. everyone on here tried to give you good advice, to be honest, you dont deserve the advice they gave. they should let you pitch to a few investors and watch you get laughed out of their offices with your tail between your legs because only then will you learn something of respect to others.   

That's what most of the inventory is in my area.Without the revitalization of downton Greenville do you still think you would have the same success with this asset class or are you riding the economic tail winds?

Now that's not to say you can't go for low hanging fruit (long tail keywords) but the world of SEO is about getting good traffic more so than being number one on Google.
