@Scott Trench  Well anyone who says you can get by on little sleep because the need for sleep is a sociatal delusion, and uses his book as a platform to sell daily planners and calming aura and soothing chakra tea,  isn't someone I'd look to for serious life advice.

That is changing, however, as I've noticed platforms like CrowdStreet have started loosening their requirements.The best deals (value-add) are hard to get into, as there is a lot of capital chasing returns in multi-family. 

Zillow Premier seems to have an effective platform--IF you've already closed on transactions.Thanks in advance for sharing your suggestions.

Doug Ducey is a fan of the “sharing economy,” which also includes ride-hailing platforms such Uber and Lyft that are upending the taxi industry.

Lot's of youngsters on that platform sharing ideas and what I've noticed is that the lower level gurus preach passive income but the higher level multi-millionaires tend to dismiss it.
