Joshua Pavao Won't insure with Active cloth wiring?
3 July 2019 | 5 replies
I couldn't see anything that looks like clock wiring in these pictures that were sent to me either, although I'm not exactly sure what clock morning specifically looks like everything in the photos that was sent to me seemed like normally insulated wires. It is comforting to hear that that isn't exactly a normal occurrence though, I don't have and insurance company that I am loyal to at the moment since this is the first property I'm purchasing and I plan to do some more insurance shopping after purchasing this one, timing is just getting tired at the moment foreclosing.I hope to have an update from another insurance company tomorrow morning

Patrick Hatfield Debate on either Asphalt or Gravel Driveway
1 September 2016 | 4 replies
That newer asphalt, or when it is resealed or newly striped, looks pretty sharp (but then you have some costs and maintenance), but I am not sure the attractive lot would bring much more in rent nor would gravel drive off good tenants. Finally, I shovel snow with the body sled type shovels and it would knock me out without a smooth surface underneath like asphalt or cement, so with gravel maybe check how that would work with your snow removal system (be it shovel, snowblower, or plow truck)...probably gravel best fit for plow truck...Best of luck

It doesn't seem like you're in a position to shop, so just something to keep in mind for future reference. Also, when you're talking about a 30-year fixed loan, if one lender tells you they can do something that several others said they cannot...it's a huge red flag.
