I've scoured the internet for workarounds or even a simple explanation of the intent of the code and haven't had much luck.

I bootstrapped everything I have too, use my real name and picture here, am an active member on the forums, and don't support internet trash talk. 

And the only reason I'm writing "almost certainly" instead of "certainly" is because I don't want to waste time on an internet argument with someone who thinks they are the exception because xyz and abc. 

These people would be very active on Facebook and the internet and you would see a much better response rate through marketing online.

I just heard someone saying that he was going to use "bank of the internet USA" the preferred lender of Costco and was getting 5.175.

@Ryan, first, I want to make sure you realize that crowdfunding is just another name for an old-school syndication that is made available over the Internet.

Internet is everything.

There are several other factors that could weigh into the final verdict: phone coverage, internet speed, phone purchase specials, coolest commercials, etc.… Then, after you go through the entire purchasing and set up process, you end up with something that costs you more than what you were promised in the ad, begging the question, did I pick the right company?

I use the internet to research each area and if I like what I see, I begin making some phone calls.  

However, I've never gone the internet route for private financing as to why it concerns me.
