It levels the playing field for sellers, like myself. 

It has fallen, but not to the level that I predicted.

Entry-level price point properties that are priced well are still selling quickly in Denver.

The competition is really tough right now.For houses at that price level, you'll always have lots of bidders.

I don't know about your level of integrity, but there are way too many PMs  that just want thier comition and fast.

But these sites do have levels of access for different purposes.

We actually enjoyed the experience (shout out to Johnny Reno and the Sax Maniacs), but it was just a bar, just a meal, just a new music group; not your house; so, your level of disappointment was immensely greater than ours.
