We had an issue with a complaint that wasn't even our company and they tried to make us pay for a membership before they would remove the negative remark!

In the search parameters within your MLS you might be able I create tags in either the: owner name field or agent remarks field that sends you an email any time a home with the following tags is entered in to the system.

But it just appears(to me) that these persons just love to have something negative to say, when we would all be better off if you just kept your un-helpful remarks to yourselves.

I'm sure you'll find some remarkable marketing concepts that can be started on a shoestring budget as you read thru the different threads.

Not sure they are lazy tenants so much as just filling out the standard form on the rental site without adding any additional remarks.  

Remarks like yours are disparaging, and they discourage people from participating in these threads.If you had searched the forum, you would see that this is a monthly thread.

(I'm sure many CA and NY investors will hate on this remark :D )I'd only invest out-of-state if I had trusted people in that area and I knew the area was prime for growth.

Seriously. 5 months later, the roof, etc was finally fixed, the contractor (who was remarkably awesome!)
