Im torn between wholesaling it or holding it and doing the rehab.Im fresh from reading @Brandon Turners book on investing with little to no money down so my brain is really going 100 miles per hour right now thinking of all the ways to do this deal. 

I'm sure more research on that area would uncover the difference.
