You can search for that information on Pacer.gov   The foreclosure you mention would not be able to proceed unless the BK was discharged, dismissed or relief was granted.

You also need to be a party in the suit seeking affirmative relief (i.e., specific performance).I wouldn't recommend this tactic unless you have clean hands.

I have discussed it with the assessment office and get the impression that unless you come armed for bear, probably with professional assistance besides, you are unlikely to get any relief.
