All have networking at their events and so,e have a guest speaker to help you learm.My goal this year is to attend 2 enevts a month besides the one I host.

I have been to these companies offices in Utah.. these are big operations 300 to 600 employees.. and they rep more than just real estate guys.. they run the shows for Tony Robbins and other motivational speakers etc.  

If you can add some speaker for a part of the meeting that may be of interest to the folks, it may increase attendance. 

The meet up was just an opportunity for people to network, so there were no speakers or fees to attend.

The speaker was a multifamily investor and has been in the business for a number of years.

I hate to sound like a motivational speaker but if your current life equation of A + B = C then A + B will not equal D without something being added to the equation.

He is a national speaker, speaking at events and on podcast regularly. 

What speakers have you had?

there is a version of living on the cheap in the Bay area though.I was a guest speaker at Google last year.. 

Ideally attendance would increase each month, but would like to create a series, with specialized guest speakers.
