I do have a family member who works directly underneath a contractor and could get me a job but I feel like my lack of knowledge would just slow down the team. 

There appear to be some mid-century treasures underneath some of the piles - so we definitely do not want to leave it to a crew.I'm guessing not all of the "treasures" we find will be valuable - especially around the hoarder toilet

It was 1.39 a foot including the pad or whatever underneath.  

My wife and I are under contract on a condo in Cap Hill and want to pull up the laminate fake wood and finish the concrete floors underneath.

We really lucked out because underneath the linoleum was 1970's tile ... which was ultimately preserving that hardwood floor.

That being said, I'm designing my business cards and I am having trouble on the "title" portion of it for underneath my business name.

It looks to be a plastic liner on the exterior, but I have no clue what's underneath.

The property is basically flat, fairly rocky soil in the area, and engineering has been done to call for #4 rebar at 12" on center with a 4" slab with beams ranging between 2-3 ft.Now to the question... the builder that is helping me along the way got a quote of $13,000.

The soil type and water retention could make the project cost prohibitive.
