Had a sister who instant booked 60 days at one of my STRs in that area for her deadbeat brother, who has been arrested in other states for squatting on private property... yea no.  

She’s young, 22, with her 18 year old sister but all her references line up so I think we will go with them. 

As to new homes Spanish Fort & Depehene (sister towns) both have huge  growth in housing demand.

My sister and her fiancée were looking at houses at the time and weren’t having much luck so after seeing our final product, they decided to purchase it from us (at a nice discount, of course).

Them not getting along with each other has direct impact on me doing my job, for example, now I have to individually inform all roommates to make sure I can come by next Tuesday at 10am to do some repairs, because Brenda doesn't talk to Doris anymore LOL.I do understand these things could happen in a family too, that a couple could have marriage issues and have fights and I would have the same drama, but yet over the years I have never had any drama when renting to a family, whether it is a couple with or without kids, sisters, BF/GF etc...may be it's just luck.The latest is the annual lease is up.

@Dhirendra Ghidode, my sister and her family lived in Abu Dhabi (the emirate right next door, about a two hour drive from Dubai) about five years ago, and i actually looked into it then.
