I would say maybe 2 or 3 people out of 100 could do what you describe.normally they just don't have the reserves to get from here to there.. they never sold cars.And grossly under estimate the need to be a super sharp sales person.. and sound like dolts on the phone..

We are between two valleys on top of a hill, steep hills either direction and one has a sharp curve toward the top, the other curves as well but not as sharp, so you speed up getting up the hill but then negotiate a curve!

Not sure it would hold up if challenged, but they signed it:  "Tenant agrees not to use any damaging hangers such as nails, staples, tacks, sharp objects, etc., in any cabinetry, wood mantle, trim, doors, stair railings, etc., and agrees that any damage caused by such use will NOT be considered reasonable wear and tear, and Tenant will be charged any repairs needed to repair or replace damage.
