I guess my question is, we currently have a single Maintenance budget line item that both set asides go into and if House A needs some work, money is moved from the general Maintenance line item to the House A: maintenance to cover the expense.Or should we only deposit House A maintenance set aside into House A: maintenance budget item and House B into its own and have 2 pots of maintenance money?

I will take a look at the areas you mentioned.Our original plan was to do the crowdfunding thing (Fundrise and POL were the two I wanted to work with and opened the accounts) for a few years to build up a bigger pot.

Hi Leigh AnnI’ve only just spotted your posting.I’ve been with HomeAway for around 8yrs and generally the service has been acceptable however, since they teamed up with VRBO everything’s gone to pot especially where payments are concerned.This year has been a nightmare I expected and accepted things would be very diffIcult for everyone considering COVID-19 epidemic however, I still think payments have been delayed for far too long.
