One of my commercial guys is always 1 day late and it drives me nuts.

Hard to push down sounds like you over-tightened the nut that holds the flush lever inside the tank.

I thought: "Are You NUTS?!

When I say I am buying into gold, I am not one of those nuts that is stockpiling thinking we are going to have a collapse and that I will have to use it as actual "money".

In fact if I were to sit in a corner waiting for the PM to send me email or waiting on their phone call, it would drive me nuts. 

Sure, there will be those who post that Stocks are a better & safer choice, but respectfully, they're nuts. ;-)

I think an investor who has more grit to manage tenants or a property management company would go nuts for this place.
