That the 3010 N 87th Ave house?

Hello All, Both I and my current investing partner for buy-n-holds have been interested in investing in Syndication some time in the near future.

Basically they are walking in and requesting to deposit 'X amount" into "Vania N's" account and that's it- they don't need the account number or anything else from my experience as long as they are at the correct bank.

There’s the investor fix n flip and the DSCR products.

Obviously with the current market, it's getting tough to get something that would even hit the 1% rule.I work out of the DFW airport, so I'm really focusing on N.
