If you actually ever get this to work please post.. there is not a week goes by then there is someone else selling the exact same service over on the market place.. which leads me to believe its a daisy chain deal for mlm or just sales guys working for the mother ship.

Your arrangement though promted me to comment.Basically what you have is a net listing when you sell the property.If you are immediate family members, sisters, mother daughter, you are in the clear!

We got in a big dispute and ultimately I paid.Now fast forward to November 1st and my mother got a notice in the mail from the housing on base (which is known for is unhelpfulness and error) that I owe them 159$ in unpaid utilities.
