There's nothing like a phone call at 2am in the morning about a stopped up toilet.

Maybe I'm not real sharp this morning, you're buying for $215, but telling the bank you're paying $285, is that right?

Now...I don't know you and so could be way off base, but justfrom how your post sounds that's my take.Let me use an analogy: You have a client and want to impresshim with a nice meal.

i've spent the morning reading this site and the last few years researching and trying and failing at real estate investing!

so of course, that just means more fines for me.grand.now i need to wait for board approval but that can take up to 21 business days. meanwhile i've been fined up the arse with no floors, no kitchen to cook any meals with, and no sinks (shower=temp sink).

I know this neighborhood has gone down hill, but within the first 24 hours there was a fire next door, there was a police car with their syrins blaring in the middle of the night, and then another fire truck right in the morning with syrines blarring.

5:00So I wake up this morning to run out and check out a cottage that I have just purchased out of foreclosure when im done with it it will sell for about $80,000 and I got it for $24,000, to finish more than likely I will have put about $10,000.

Thanks for the reply.I concluded that you cannot charge full market rent because I read the entire IWC Wage Order #5-2001 (scroll down to Section 10, Meals and Lodging).
