5:00So I wake up this morning to run out and check out a cottage that I have just purchased out of foreclosure when im done with it it will sell for about $80,000 and I got it for $24,000, to finish more than likely I will have put about $10,000.

Tenants are anxious if they've been with you a long time so it's not an easy situation for either party.

I think that I am very anxious even though I have to wait about another month for cash investments to be available to us.
