If a lease was signed after you went under contract, you should ask the seller to give you a credit for the lost rent. 

DSCR loans are based off of down payment, credit score and either actual or market rents so it helps to supercharge an investor's real estate goals and net worth.

I get it on credit protection like lifelock etc. but for Real estate to me its so rare it will never happen to you..

Ideally, this line of credit would be structured at a set interest rate with interest only payments for a period of 60 months.

So short-term equity lines, credit cards, etc. will start to feel that. 

But it really gets serious with how you handle showings, your application, how you conduct tenant screening, credit / background checks and your communication style throughout all of this.

We make money from value add features and services: credit card fees (ACH is 100% free), credit reporting for tenants, insurance policies (both renter’s insurance and landlord), our lease creation and e-sign feature.

There are banks out there that offer lines of credit for GP stakes, which many established syndicators utilize and draw on to potentially fund their follow-on offerings.  

What documents do they require, what credit scores do they allow, how do they verify previous rental history, etc.?

We want to use that money for a home and we live in NY and probably cant get anything unless we get more income and  bit better credit.
