HML can let someone get in the game when they otherwise couldn't.

I am not saying that no one has ever put the "guru education" to good Its funny because most of the rehab guys I wholesale to never mention GURU courses.Makes you wonder if one would not be better served asking for mentorship from RE investors already in the game vs taking GURU courses.If I had to do it all over again I'd go the mentorship route.

So really, my question just boils down to how best to spend the next 2 years, given the eventual end game i want.

Website creation, traffic and maintenance is a very large game and no one technique such as page speed will fix all. 

@Erwin Zelaya in my opinion, anything you can learn about home construction / improvements / remodeling / maintenance / landscaping is immensely valuable in this game.

Jake & I were both hard working, family men who were focused on multifamily and the long game.

I have been on the sidelines for years and finally I think I have the opportunity to get in the game.
