So it's probably an expensive job IF I'm even allowed to do it.I'm house hacking this property by living in this basement and renting the upper rooms so I can prolong the decision for a year.

I will treat a witness as a trespasser.I want to really emphasize that this lady is a major headache and may have mental issues.It is possible she has been fired from her job as well.

nice, we've been looking at making one of these in-house, seems like a challenge but if executed well should payoff quickly

@Nathan Gesner My justification for taking the risk is that I have a solid W2 job so I can afford to take a hit for a couple of months for vacancies and maintenance.

Much like the phone systems used to work in hotels with the hotels making a nice spiff on guests when using a hotel phone.or same thing with Power to other type of properties where the owner gets paid to provide the power . 

I have a full time W2 job that takes up much of my time, so I'm leaning toward Turnkey until I gain some experience.

I suspected fraud as the property was too nice and the rent was too low. 

Everyone was very nice though.
