Bill Gulley very simply look at the All inclusive Deed of trust that was created circa early 80's in CA.. it covers what your describing in one document.

This is typically an option, not an inclusion.

Maybe the "all-inclusive" experience business model will work, but I doubt it right now.

All Inclusive Coverage - This coverage is very similar to apartment style insurance where some other owner/entity is responsible for everything inside your unit EXCEPT for unit owner contents or renters contents.
