@John Thedford it seem like you have a real soft spot for all Wholesalers, I'm sure you have some pretty strong arguments as to why Wholesalers are useless, but I still think there are some great REI out there who have done some impressive wholesale deals.

@Marcia MaynardI took a quick look, it is still in beta and not all details are ironed out yet but some quick impressions...It shifts the cost of application from the renters to the property managers and owners. 

That will impress the seller that you took the time to look at the property and that you are likely a serious buyer.  

Your obvious high level of knowledge about the hotel biz is very impressive!

As the landlord, the ONLY thing I know about you comes from a very quick first impression AND THE REPORT I GET FROM SCREENING.

I think I was just impressed by the integration with vendors such as Uber/Lyft, etc, where you have a lot more flexibility with the approach;  variety of drivers/routes, access to several different target markets, and it's less permanent or less focused to just one vehicle like a bus ad or a car wrap. 

I am very impressed with the knowledge and how helpful everyone is.
